Zipoli Media Co. (“Zipoli Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates zipolimedia.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Zipoli Media Co. is a two-person marketing studio serving Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Mooresville, Charlotte, and the wider Lake Norman area of North Carolina. You can reach us any time at hello@zipolimedia.com or (980) 655-2849.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site or email us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, email address, business or website, the services you’re interested in, and anything you write in your message. If you call or text us, we collect your phone number and the contents of that conversation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you load a page — your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you view. This helps keep the Site secure and running.
Cookies. We keep cookies to a minimum and do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on the Site. If we add website analytics or advertising tools in the future (for example, Google Analytics or the Meta pixel to measure our own ads), we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about working together.
- To provide, and send you information about, the services you asked about.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work — for example:
- Website hosting (Amazon Web Services / AWS Amplify), which serves the Site.
- Form and email tools that deliver and store the messages you send us.
These providers are required to handle your information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep it
We keep the messages and contact details you send us for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, then delete them when they’re no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you — just reply “stop” or email us.
Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your information, but you’re welcome to exercise any of these rights, and we won’t discriminate against you for doing so. Children’s privacy
The Site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
Our Site may link to other websites, such as the businesses we work with. We aren’t responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above, and significant changes will be noted on this page.
